TMM Golf Outing
The 8th Annual TMM Golf Outing will feature a 10:00 a.m. Shotgun
Start on Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Riverview Golf Course in Newton Falls, OH. It will be a great day of fellowship, good food, plenty of fun, and most importantly, help TMM ensure that “no person goes hungry” in our community. We are very excited about our golf event and hope that you will help by putting a team together and join us for the day. (We may be able to match up players who don’t have a full team — just call us!) All golfers will receive morning snacks, lunch and a Saratoga steak dinner! If you are unable to golf, but would still like to help, the TMM Golf Committee would appreciate your support in any way possible. There are several sponsorship opportunities available. Please look over and complete the enclosed Golf Sponsorship forms and return them along with your payment made payable to Trumbull Mobile Meals, 323 E. Market Street, Warren, OH 44481. Trumbull Mobile Meals provides daily nutritious home-delivered meals to ill and/or frail people of our community. Your support of this outing help provide meals to individuals who cannot afford the full cost of this service. Please respond as soon as possible. The first PAID 36 teams only! Mayors for Meals
Mayors for Meals Day was held Wednesday, March 20th, as part of our March for Meals campaign. Many mayors, administrators and city officials throughout Trumbull County participated in the event to show his/her support for our community's homebound and hungry citizens in their communities.
March for Meals is a national campaign during the month of March, initiated by the Meals on Wheels Association of America (MOWAA), which seeks to raise awareness of senior hunger and to encourage action on the part of the local community. Many thanks to those who took time out of their busy schedules to deliver meals on Mayors for Meals Day.
